Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to a fatal collision in Oxford today (28/10). A woman cyclist in her thirties was involved in a collision with a cement mixer lorry. The lorry driver, a 74-year-old man, has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
Tragic of course, but does sound a bit too Naked Gun.
